How do I find out if I qualify and get started with the application?

Dear Sirs,

I took out my DRO and it was actioned in accordance with CCCS on the 18 September 2009.

My Wife and I split and we are jointly responsible for the LOan of 6000. I even offered to pay half when I was working but they refused and said it did not work like that.

The DRO was to clear all my debts at the end of the moratorium period.

The Creditors were as follows:

Barclaycard 350
Cooperative Bank PLC 6000

The reason I have written you this email is that The Cooperative Bank is now saying at the end of my DRO that I would still be liable for the Debt of 6000 pounds.

I need to clarifty this with you as I was told that my Debt would be wiped at the end of the period.

If not whats the point of taking out a DRO if it only releases you for a year. Please help.

Do you have to disclose over draft amount with your DRO application. I have sent my DRO already.
