Hello,

I have just received a copy of my DRO application and it states that I have a preferred creditor and that I have shown a preference in the pre-submission check.

I made the balance transfer in an attempt to lower my payments before even knowing then I was facing insolvency.

I am really worried that my application may be rejected because of this.

Can anyone please advise me on this and also if I can add explanatory notes to my application or ask my Intermediary to do so?
