Hi A recent attachment of earnings order for non-payment of council tax will mean I will be unable to pay regular bills, let alone debts that I was only just treading water with. I'm considering a debt relief order.

Surely I can cash it at cash convertors if it will disrupt the Debt Relief Order. But I have heard that sometimes the clinic reports your earnings to the government at the end of the financial year. So will I be ok or not? …
